Russell manages the project logistics and field coordination for equipment and staffing. He works closely with the onsite team to coordinate and manage weekly activities regarding items like quality assurance/quality control and the project schedule. He acts as the primary point of contact for both the owner and onsite workers.
Russell joined DT in May 2023 after relocating from Tennessee. He previously worked for an ENR Top 30 General Contractor as an Assistant Project Manager working on projects as large as $80M. His well-rounded knowledge of different facets of construction make him a valuable asset to the operations team. His level of professionalism and senior-level skills exceed expectations for such a young professional.
