Kyle Conrad

Kyle manages the project logistics and field coordination for equipment and staffing. He works closely with the onsite team to coordinate and manage weekly activities regarding items like quality assurance/quality control and the project schedule. He acts as the primary point of contact for both the owner and onsite workers.

Kyle joined DT after moving to Oklahoma from Arkansas. At his previous employer, he worked for a private real estate developer where he gained hands-on experience in commercial construction, historic redevelopment, and real estate. His well-rounded knowledge in different facets of construction and business makes him a valuable asset to the operations team. His level of professionalism and senior-level skills exceed expectations for someone who has been in the industry for just over 5 years. He has a genuine desire to understand people’s needs and fulfill them; benefiting the owner in all facets.
